The girls really enjoyed decorating the tree this year. It was fun for Phil and I to watch them, and remember back to when we were little. I always looked forward to helping my parents put the ornaments on the tree. 
As a tradition, the girls get to choose an ornament every year that represents what they have accomplished, or enjoyed over the year. This year Emma chose a ballerina (she took dance over the summer) and Maddie chose Dora dressed like a ballerina (She would watch Dora all day, everyday, if we let her...But who wouldn't right... :)
