Emma turned nine this weekend! Where has the time gone? I could handle 9...but next year when she turns 10...Bring on the water works! :)
After church we opened presents from mom and dad
Phil bought her a pink tackle box...can you tell she LOVED it?!?!
It's not a birthday around here without a lego set (or two, or three) ;)
Maddie came to me a few days before Emma's birthday and asked if she could get Emma this doll chair. Maddie has one just like it, and they love doing their dolls hair in it. She gave me $5...how precious is that! :) It cost a little more than $5, but this proud mama didn't mind dishing out the extra cash! :)
Later in the afternoon we celebrated with family. Emma decided to dress down for this occasion! :)
She loved her new basketball shorts...also from dad! :)

After the party was over, the girls spend about an hour together in our back room. Later when I looked at my pictures on my camera...I found these! :)
