{A Day with Friends}

After we left New Jersey we headed to North Carolina to spend time with Phil's Grandma & Grandpa. We have wonderful friends that live in the Charlotte area, so we always look forward to spending a day with them when we come to visit!! :)

The Metsger's live in a super nice community that has a pool and kiddie pool for all their residents. We took full advantage of the guest pass.... well...Phil did anyway!!! :)

After our fun in the sun, we picked up pizza's and headed to a park for fun and fireworks!!

Sweet little Noah....

We had some time to kill before the fireworks so we ran around at the splash park that was in the park...so cool!!! I wish we had something like this really close to us!!

After splashing around for a while we settled in to listen to the Charlotte Symphony while we waited for it to get dark!!

Thanks James and Melissa for planning such a fun night! We had SUCH a great time.....we might just come back down next July!! :)
