The Wait is OVER!!!!

On Sunday we met up with my family at Gull Meadow Farms. It was a warm day, but we aren't complaining! :)

We picked apples, enjoyed donuts and cider, a had fun watching the girls play.

I didn't want to disappoint all my Office fans out there!

Andrew Bernard is one of my favorite Office employee's! Well, I guess I like them all, but today we'll honor him! Enjoy! :)

Emma's 5!!!

Well it came and went! I informed Emma tonight that she wasn't going to have anymore birthdays, and that she had to stay 5 forever!!! She told me that she was sorry, but she had to grow up and be a mommy someday! :)
Tuesday was Emma's official birthday! She and I had breakfast together at Rykse's (while Maddie was at school...shh!)

We celebrated with family after dinner.

Emma and GG both pretty in pink! I know this is a fuzzy picture, but it pretty much sums up present time! Here she is overjoyed about her new mammoth crocs! :)

Phil and I gave Emma a Razor Scooter for her birthday. Of course we all headed outside for the first ride...which ended quickly , when we discovered that first time scooter riders should NOT wear flip flops!!! :)
After a few kisses, a glob of neosporin and a princess band aid, she was back to her smiley self! Just in time.. Eli was giving free piggy back rides!Eli does a great job being the oldest cousin!! Can you tell the girls adore him???? :)

Centerville Fair

On Monday we made our annual trip to Centerville for the fair. This is by far, my favorite fair!! The girls enjoyed their "magic" wrist bands that allowed them to ride any ride :) (thanks nana, bampa and GG..for supplying the "magic!")

This was the ride Maddie was looking forward to the most!! If there hadn't been a line of other kids interested in the ride, we would have just left her on it all night, and picked her up before we left the fair! :)

It took a while for the girls to get the concept of Bumper Cars, but eventually they caught on, and joined in the fun!

We were able to see a few little chicks hatch, which we all thought was pretty cool!

Emma was craving a corn dog! Who doesn't when you're at the fair? :)

Emma and I rode the roller coaster twice to cap off the night! Yep....even I got a "magic" band for the rides! :)

Chuck 'E' Cheese

We promised Emma when she turned 5 she could have a "friends" party!! We planned a fun little party at Chuck E Cheese with pizza and games, and with a little help from a few extra Kiddie Kops (thanks again Nicole, Rob, Phil and Liz) the party went off with out a hitch!

Emma received so many cute things! I love this picture! Ty was SO excited for Emma to open the present he brought for her!
The big hit for the night came in an unlikely gift...A lightsaber!! Yes...my girly girl loves star wars!! And she was more than excited when she opened this present from Luke and Eli! She knows nothing about the movie, except that all her boy cousins love it, so therefor she LOVES it! :)
Happy Birthday to you Emma!! Everyone had fun playing the games, but I would say that no one had a better time at CEC than Grace!! I think she rode every ride, and played every game! I've decided that she is indeed fearless! :)
